The Easy Way To An Internet Based Home Bussiness

by : Phil Granstone

How many times have you read a slick sales letter and parted with your cash in the hope of achieving online success?
I know that I have been there many times. The letters are very clever and seduce you with the idea of working short hours from the comfort of you home. Having loads of free time and huge amounts of cash to enjoy it with. Many also boast about the income they are making. Of course they don't tell you the path they had to take to get that level of income. Or how much work and expense was involved.
The reality is that - yes - you can build a highly successful internet based home business, but it won't be instant and it won't be easy.
You need to have certain skills to build and operate your business, so a fair amount of time will be needed to learn these skills and then try them out. Of course you can avoid this if you have a reasonable amount of spare cash to pay for software, services or outside help to get your business up and running.
You need to research the subject of your online business to make sure that it will be viable. This is often where beginners make mistakes. Then there is product creation, writing a sales letter page for your website, starting a newsletter and using autoresponders. Yet more skills to learn.
Finally, when you put it all together and have your website set up, you need to drive sufficient levels of traffic to your site to produce the level of income you're after.
So yes - it can be done and there are many excellent guides and courses to show you how, but it is no overnight dream come true. It requires dedication, perseverance and some effort on your part. Even after doing all this your project may bomb!
While working at this, you may become frustrated at the lack of progress and the time it is taking you to develop the skills that bring results.
There is another way.
All you need is the ability to use a word processor and have a bit of determination. If you can supply these, you will be able to generate a realistic income without the difficulties of traditional online business models. This is a hidden gem of a business that not many know about.
If you've heard the story that the people who got rich in the gold rush days were the people selling the shovels and maps, then this is exactly the same.
Many people are chasing their online dreams by buying every new product that is released and trying to stake their claim in the Internet Gold Rush. Those that take action will eventually create websites or blogs. And what do their websites need? Content!
You can provide content and get paid for it.
Many online marketers get their content from article directories, but there are a few sites that provide content for a fee. By contributing short articles to these sites, you can build up an income stream that grows as your articles are repeatedly sold. The more articles you have submitted to these sites, the more income you can make.
I believe that creating your own online business is the best way to make yourself financially independent. It is well worth working at and never giving up. Even if your first project fails, learn from it and make the next project better. Eventually you will make the breakthrough you are looking for and have a flyer on your hands.
But if you want to create an income stream relatively quickly with skills you almost certainly already have, try being a shovel seller! Provide content in the form of short articles to these paid for article sites. You could give this a shot while you are developing your traditional online business. You may be able to generate your target income just using this method. Alternatively, you could accelerate the development of your online business by reinvesting the income from your "shovel" sales!

A Quick Primer or on HOw to Save Money

A Quick Primer Or On How To Save Money

Everybody wants to get rich. However, not everyone will get rich because of the simple fact that not too many people know how to save. Being able to gain riches is all depends on how you can build wealth. And building wealth all depends on how much you can save.

If you're looking for tips on how to save money, and build wealth, then here are a few tips to help you on your way.

1. Get more of what you need and less of what you want. Being able to differentiate between needs and wants is very important in your quest to save money. All too often, people purchase what they want more than what they need. Unfortunately, wants tend to be more expensive than needs.

So next time you see that sparkling jewel that costs a few thousand dollars, think hard and deep if you really need that thing. You will need a whole deal of self-control; but in the end, it's all worth it when you're trying to save up.

Don't worry; buying your wants isn't against the law. You however have to be able to control yourself and curtail your wants and spend for them wisely.

2. Buy generic. Branded items cost twice as much as generic items. However, this doesn't mean that they are necessarily better in quality. Your goal now is to reduce the number of branded items you purchase and increase the number of generic brands on your list.

Generic brands aren't that bad. In fact, some generic brands are better than branded ones. This should make your decision on purchasing items much easier.

3. Spend within your means. Building wealth is equivalent to being able to spend less than you earn. No one builds wealth by spending more than they are capable of earning. It doesn’t matter if you earn $10,000 or if you earn $5,000, if you spent more than you earn you are still a poor person.

Even if you don't earn as much, if you are to able to set aside some amount from what you earn, you are well on your way to building wealth.

4. Try it before you buy it. Before taking something home for good, make sure you try it and understand the implications of owning such a thing. Don't forget to factor in maintenance costs, insurance, and operating costs before making your decision. This way you are able consider all the implications of your purchase before you regret your decision.
